We do not rent Casa Estrella, it is only available to friends and family, but we are billed monthly for property management and cleaning. Both of which do a considerable amount of work to prep the house for guests, maintain the property and manage the check-in and check-out process.

Guest Management Our property manager will check in you and answer any inquiries you may have related to the house. 

Flat Guest Fee: $250 (up to 5 days)

More than 5 days: Add $50 per day

Cleaning - Claudia cleans the house every other day when guests are in the house and is responsible for cleaning the house upon your departure.  If you have personal laundry and need help, please give it to her upon your arrival to give her time. Cleaning is part of our management arrangement and our support of the local community. We normally tip Claudia $10 in cash per cleaning.

We use a private driving service to and  from the airport. Once we have your flight info we will set up a group  text with our property manager and your driver and they  will assist in coordinating the transportation to and from the airport.

It  is not advised to take a random cab from the airport, due to the hill  to get up to the house. Many cabs in PVR do not maintain their tires for  the hill to get to our house. 

Prices  are displayed below in pesos, and we recommend paying in cash/pesos,  there are ATMs at the airport. Credit cards are accepted but there is a  small transaction fee of $10. 

Golf Cart (optional) - While it's not required (you can walk everywhere if you wish), we highly recommend all guests rent golf carts from Chuy at Gaby Golf Carts. Chuy knows us and knows that you'll need one of his newer carts with newer rear tires. Chuy's carts costs $1,000 pesos per day. The hill to our house is very SERIOUS. Four heavy people in the golf cart may not be able to make it up about a 30' section of the hill. The newer carts from Gaby with good tires are REQUIRED to safely navigate the road to our house. We typically tip Claudia $10 per cleaning in cash ($200 pesos).
