Guest & Property Management - We leverage Sayulita At Your Service (SAYS) for check in, inquiries and issues with guests. They will meet you upon your arrival and show you around the house and they're available for any questions you may have or repairs. You’ll want their support and you’ll use it. All sorts of unanticipated questions pop up. 

Cleaning - Claudia (and her daughter) will clean the house every other day when you are in town. This cleaning is required and it’s part of our management arrangement and our support of the local economy. 

Payment - Pay Kim prior to your trip. 

Transportation (optional) - While you can rent a car, it’s not needed. We use a private driver to and from the airport. His name is Uriel and he charges $150 for the round trip which can include a stop at Mega Grocery on the way into Sayulita if required. We normally pay him the full amount when we arrive. He will take US Dollars or pesos. Uriel cell number is +52 322 181 6573 best way to reach him is through WhatsApp. Once we have your flight info we can start a group chat for pick up at airport. 

Golf Cart (optional) - While it's not required (you can walk everywhere if you wish), we highly recommend all guests rent golf carts from Chuy at Gaby Golf Carts. Chuy knows us and knows that you'll need one of his newer carts with newer rear tires. Chuy's carts costs $55/day The hill to our house is very SERIOUS. Four heavy people in the golf cart may not be able to make it up about a 30' section of the hill. The newer carts from Gaby with good tires are REQUIRED to safely navigate the road to our house. We typically tip Claudia $10 per cleaning in cash ($200 pesos).
